The Persil Fleur: French gastronomy
Christian Fleur, master of the house since the opening of the facility, gave his cap to his son Julien, who concocts a family cuisine meals from old France (sweetbreads and foie gras). Divine and above reproach, the Persil Fleur only works with fresh products. For dessert, we recommend the crepe generously covered with praline hazelnut liqueur. A specialty of the house!

French Tea Emporium, the new address of Mariage Freres
In the heart of the Place de la Madeleine, Mariage Frères has just opened its main shop: French Tea Emporium, a showcase of the brand. A museum part where you can see collections of ancient and contemporary teapots and then the tea room with the huge black and yellow boxes.
The novelty? High fashion teas sold in musical boxes.
The Maison de la Truffe: a black diamond on Place de la Madeleine
La Maison de la Truffe is an institution since 1932, it sits proudly on the Place de la Madeleine.
The restaurant displays a refined and classic cuisine allowing you to focus on the black diamond found in your plate.
A tasting room is available to customers wishing to taste the delicious cuisine of Chef Loic Paquaux where the truffle is king: Risotto with prawns with black truffles, Sauteed with Onions Duck Confit with Truffle and for special occasions: Lobster fried chips Melanosporum Black Truffle and declination of celery.
To return home with the flavors of the Maison de la Truffe, stop at the shop to buy: spray Olive Oil with aromas of truffles, vinegar chips with truffles etc..
The store is open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 10pm.
