Regional specialities: organic spreads , shortbread spreads from ‘La Sablesienne’, freshly cut fruit, pastries, luxury organic cereals from ‘Maison Naja’, smoked salmon from ‘La Maison Kaviari’, cold cuts from the local butcher’s, cheeses, yoghurts and handmade butter from “La Maison Bordier”.
Hot ‘cocotte’ buffet: bacon , eggs, mushrooms and rösti, prepared especially for you on the day.
Pastries and a variety of homemade breads, unlimited hot drinks and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Options to suit special dietary requirements available on request (gluten-free).
